Leadbeater's Possum Detection Report – 297-826-0002 'Freddo'
This report summarises the sighting of a Leadbeater's Possum individual within VicForests’ scheduled logging coupe 297-825-0002. This sighting was made during a survey by WOTCH. The purpose of this report is to inform the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) of the sighting, and to provide recommendations for the provision of a 1km buffer-zone from which all forms of logging is excluded, as prescribed by the foremost experts in the field.
